New image, 2000x1500, 72ppi. I created a black layer, and I added a gradient overlay from black to dark turquoise. I created a new layer, added noise with the Noise filter (amount=200%), selected a certain color only using color range, inverted the selection, and erased the selection. Then I filled the remaining area with a Color Overlay layer style with the color white. I made the Moon on a new layer with the Brush tool with various variations in hardness. I created the clouds using the Brush tool, duplicating the layer, inverting the duplicated layer and moving it, and adding a Bevel and Emboss layer style. I then added several layers shaped like mountains on the horizon, getting lower and lower each time, using the Brush tool for the shapes. I put a Gradient overlay from black to navy blue on all of them. Then I added another layer, created a tree shape using the Brush tool, added a Bevel and Emboss and a color overlay with the color black, and duplicated the layer and shrank it using the Free Transform. Then I added one more layer with the Brush tool of the color navy blue along the bottom edge.
